InXpress is seeking a dedicated Credits and Adjustments Specialist to own the end-to-end process for carrier credits and adjustments.
You will work with AU/NZ Operations, offshore staff, and franchisees to ensure accurate, timely claims and robust documentation.
You will lead complex cases, set turnaround expectations, and develop SOPs to standardise processes.
A solid CRM background and detailed analysis will help protect franchise margins and improve recovery rates across the network.
