Richard Crookes Constructions (RCC) is seeking an experienced IT Services Engineer to join our IT team. You’ll deliver Level 2 desktop, endpoint and Up-to-date Workplace support across RCC offices and construction sites, balancing hands-on work with proactive problem solving.

Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, you will troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN and Citrix, and act as escalation point for Level 1 staff while building strong relationships with users.
