The EMR Data Cleansing Team Leader will coordinate a dedicated data cleansing program across SVHM with emphasis on identifying, validating and remediating data issues in administrative and clinical systems. You will lead a small team of Junior Support Officers, ensuring tasks align with policy and quality standards.

You will partner with Health Information Services and the Decision Support Unit to embed agreed processes, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement across data remediation
