The Role n

Due to continued growth, JTA is seeking an Occupational Hygienist with a minimum of two years' experience in an occupational hygiene consulting role. This position suits someone who can work autonomously, manage client interactions, and deliver occupational hygiene projects from scoping through to reporting.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Plan and deliver occupational hygiene surveys for a range of clients
n
- Conduct air monitoring for multiple contaminants and workplace noise assessments
n
- Prepare, deploy and maintain monitoring equipment in line with relevant standards
n
- Analyse results and produce transparent, defensible technical reports
n




- Work directly with clients to scope works, discuss findings and provide practical advice
n

Required Experience and Skills nn
- Minimum two years' experience in an occupational hygiene consulting role
n
- Demonstrated competence in air monitoring and noise assessments
n
- Ability to work independently and manage projects end to end
n
- Client-facing experience, including job scoping and communication
n
- Strong understanding of occupational hygiene principles and methods
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
n

Desirable Qualifications nn
- Tertiary qualification in occupational hygiene, science or engineering
n
- Graduate Diploma in Occupational Hygiene (or working towards)
n
- Eligibility for AIOH membership
n
- Experience with asbestos surveys or broader OHS consulting
n
