Job Description

Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock in a specialist area. You will lead 20+ team members, train staff, and ensure Best Experience for customers while maintaining safety and robust stock control.

You will work with cross-functional teams, monitor service levels, and manage rostering and performance. A strong leader with KPI understanding is essential for success at Bunnings.
