Uplift Recruitment is partnering with a well-established building products business to appoint an Account Manager/ BDM to manage territory in Melbourne.

n

This is an opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who understands the construction industry and wants a role combining established account management, relationship development and genuine new business growth.

n

You’ll inherit a strong existing customer base while having the autonomy to identify new opportunities, develop relationships and grow your territory.

The Role will Include: n

- Managing and growing a large established portfolio
n
- Building strong relationships with builders, contractors and key construction stakeholders
n
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities across the territory
n
- Growing revenue within existing accounts through proactive account management
n
- Responding to inbound opportunities generated through head office and the company website
n
- Developing project opportunities and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
n
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure customers receive a high level of service
n
- Managing commercial conversations around pricing, projects, timelines and customer requirements
n




- Taking ownership of your territory and developing a clear strategy for growth
n

- $120,000–$130,000 base salary + super
