About the role

n

We're looking for a confident, energetic and people-focused person to join the team as a Distribution Network Supervisor. This is a varied role where you'll be the key point of contact for a network of contractors, distributors and delivery drivers. You'll spend your day communicating with people, solving issues, keeping things organised and making sure the distribution network is running smoothly.

n

You don't need previous distribution experience. What matters most is your personality, communication skills, confidence and ability to build relationships with people from all walks of life.

n

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Build and maintain positive relationships with contractors, distributors and delivery drivers
n
- Be a key contact for contractors, handling calls, emails and day-to-day queries
n
- Recruit new distributors and help grow the contractor network
n
- Liaise with couriers, transport contacts and internal teams
n
- Monitor distribution activity and follow up on any issues
n
- Conduct audits and checks to ensure distribution standards are being met
n
- Keep systems, records and reporting accurate and up to date
n




- Identify opportunities to improve the way things are done
n
- Support contractors with guidance, coaching and problem‐solving
n
- Help ensure safety and operational procedures are followed
n
- Travel to different locations from time to time, including regional areas
n

What we're looking for

We're much more interested in who you are than whether you've worked in distribution before. You could come from customer service, administration, transport, logistics, recruitment, retail, hospitality, sales or another people-focused environment.
