A busy medical devices firm based in the northern beaches. This Australian firm has a long history of delivering high levels of service to the community of clients using their high-end medical devices. This is achieved in-part through their excellent systems and processes.

The role
n
The role is busy and broad in nature and a key responsibility is managing incoming sales and service enquiries and CRM records.
n
The responsibilities
n
Your current role involves:
n
n
managing first line sales, service and support enquiries, ensuring the relevant team member has all the necessary facts in order to deal with what can sometimes be a critical care situation.
n
preparing sales proposals and quotes, with pricing.
n
generating sales invoices using MYOB.
n
processing payments by phone.
n
supporting the marketing and front-line team to prepare for regular trade shows, expos and workshops.
n
work with the Accountant,
who will train you in accounts payable and receivable processes using MYOB.
n
n
The candidate
n
In order to be successful in your application you will:
n
n
have recent experience in a sales administration or similar phone-based role, managing customer sales and service enquiries in a busy workplace.
n
be familiar with CRMs, and ideally Salesforce and pride yourself in keeping database records clean and up to date.
n
be proficient with Word, Excel and SharePoint.
n
any experience to accounts clerical roles would be ideal.
n
n
The rewards
n
A salary package of $89K plus superannuation ($100K package) is offered, plus easy street parking and on the job training in accounts clerical. Whilst you would be 100% in the office, the Managing Director understands family commitments and is versatile around appointments and emergencies.
