Job Description
Epping Plaza Hotel is seeking a passionate and reliable Sous Chef to join our high-performing kitchen team in Melbourne.
This Full time role sits in a rapid-paced à la carte workplace, ideal for an experienced chef who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering high-quality food.
As Sous Chef you will act as second-in-charge to the Head Chef, support the kitchen, supervise staff, and run the kitchen independently when the Head Chef is absent.
