Job Description
Gallagher Bassett is hiring a Senior Claims Team Leader in Sydney on a permanent full time basis with a hybrid mode (Sydney CBD office and WFH).
You will lead and mentor the claims team, ensuring cost-effective, professional, customer-focused service while driving continuous improvement and staff development.
We seek candidates with General Liability experience, 3+ years of management experience, and robust relationship-building skills.
