Job Description

Mater Central Queensland - Rockhampton is seeking a dedicated Patient Flow Manager to lead hospital-wide bed utilisation, discharge planning and workforce planning. This permanent, full time role requires strong clinical leadership, operational oversight and staffing management to support efficient patient flow within the hospital.
