What you will do
As a Registered Nurse,
you will play a vital role in ensuring:
- Holistic assessment in partnership with residents and their representatives
- Development and evaluation of individualized resident care plansSupervision and support for Personal Care Workers
- Clinical care, including wound management, palliative care, and medication management
- Liaison with medical and allied health care staff
- Provision of protected, high-quality care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
- Positive resident experience through a resident-first approach
Who are you and what will you bring?
- AHPRA Registration
- Available for night shift highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in providing clinical care in the aged care sector
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care
- NDIS Check (or willing to obtain)
