Job Description

One Door Mental Health in Tamworth is seeking a collaborative Peer Practitioner for a fixed-term, full time role, 38 hours per week. You will champion co-design and co-production practices, placing the service user at the centre of their journey.

You will draw on lived experience to support adults with mental health distress, deliver outreach visits, build trust and connect people to appropriate supports. The role offers salary packaging, wellbeing benefits and extra leave options.
