We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Nursery Sales Specialist to join our busy retail nursery team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
n

Delivering exceptional customer service and expert advice on plant selection, care, and garden solutions.
n




Assisting with daily nursery operations, including stock maintenance, watering, merchandising, and displays.
n
Driving retail sales and handling customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
n
Maintaining high standards of presentation and stock health across the nursery floor.

What We Are Looking For
n
n
Experience & Education: Certificate I or higher in Horticulture (or equivalent industry experience).
n
Plant Knowledge & Sales Focus: Proven retail sales experience paired with robust general plant knowledge.
n
Physical Capability: Ability to comfortably perform physical, manual tasks (lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors in varying weather).
n
Professionalism: Exceptional personal presentation, strong attention to detail, and a warm, customer-first attitude.
n
Core Skills: Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and a reliable team-player mindset.
