Job Description
Ethos is seeking AI engineers to help train a language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
You will craft technical design docs, data pipeline docs, and evaluation reports for internal and client-facing use, ensuring high-quality, accurate documentation.
The role is fully remote with adaptable commitments of 5–20 hours per week, starting ASAP.
Candidates should have 4+ years in software, AI/ML, or data roles and a solid ability to communicate complex ideas in writing.
