Job Description

The SIL Company is seeking a Home & Living Service Delivery Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and Drop-In Services, ensuring participant supports are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with NDIS Practice Standards.

You will be accountable for participant outcomes, workforce management, ROC, operational consistency, on-call support, and financial sustainability, while engaging with families and allied health professionals to maintain
