Senior ServiceNow Developer – Federal Sector

Sydney based with hybrid work flexibility (2-3 days onsite and 2 days WFH)

We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to play a key role in the development, enhancement, and ongoing support of a complex ServiceNow environment. This is an chance to lead technical initiatives, drive platform innovation, and deliver impactful solutions that improve business processes and user experience.

Responsibilities n

n
- Provide development, administration, support, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring platform stability, performance, compliance, and effective incident and request management.
n
- Manage platform upgrades, releases, patches, and enhancements across multiple environments, following established SDLC and change management processes.
n
- Design, configure, test, and support ServiceNow solutions, integrations, and automation capabilities to meet business and operational requirements.
n
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements,



develop technical solutions, and deliver projects and enhancements successfully.
n
- Provide technical leadership, user support, and mentoring to development resources, ensuring effective resource allocation, governance, and delivery of platform initiatives.
n

Required Skills nn
- 5-10 Years’ experience as ServiceNow Developer
n
- ServiceNow Administration Background
n
- ServiceNow Certifications is preferred
n
- Federal, Government or Health/Insurance related industry experience is a plus
n
- Baseline Security Clearance or higher is a plus
n
