We are committed to developing our people through cross-training opportunities across Host, Tray Service, Cashier, Treasury and Premium Guest Host , creating genuine pathways for career growth within our organisation.

We're currently seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Gaming Attendants to join our team. While these are casual positions, successful candidates can expect regular, consistent hours equivalent to part-time or full time employment.

About the Role n

As a Gaming Attendant , you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment for our members and guests. Working within our dynamic gaming floor, you'll provide outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day operation of one of the region's busiest gaming venues.

Key Responsibilities n

- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and guests
n
- Build positive relationships and create memorable guest experiences
n
- Assist patrons with gaming enquiries and venue information
n
- Ensure gaming areas are clean, safe and well-presented at all times
n
- Promote responsible gambling practices and comply with all gaming regulations
n
- Adhere to Club RSA and RCG requirements and policies
n
- Respond professionally to guest feedback and resolve issues efficiently
n
- Support club promotions, jackpots, events and member activities
n
- Work collaboratively with Gaming, Treasury, Hospitality and Operations teams
n




- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities across multiple departments
n

About You n

You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. Whether you have previous gaming experience or are looking to start a long-term hospitality career, we want to hear from you. To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- A genuine passion for customer service
n
- RSA and RCG Competency Cards or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
- Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent personal presentation and professionalism
n
- The ability to work well within a team environment
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
n
- A responsible approach to compliance and workplace safety
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n

Previous gaming, hospitality, customer service or cash handling experience is highly regarded but not essential.
