Project Manager / Scrum Master - Utilities n

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to support the delivery of a major utilities technology program.
n This is a hands-on hybrid role combining project management, governance and stakeholder coordination with day-to-day Agile delivery.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage project delivery across scope, schedule, risks, issues and dependencies
n
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies
n
- Coordinate and drive fortnightly release cycles
n
- Maintain project plans, RAID registers, governance and delivery reporting
n
- Work closely with the Technical Lead and GIS SMEs to manage priorities and outcomes
n
- Identify and remove blockers impacting project delivery
n
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology and vendor teams
n
- Provide clear progress and status reporting to senior stakeholders
n
- Support delivery and configuration of a major GIS platform
n





Key Requirements nn
- Strong experience in a Project Manager / Scrum Master or similar hybrid delivery role
n
- Utilities or electricity industry experience is highly regarded
n
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex technology projects
n
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and regular release cycles
n
- Strong project planning, RAID, governance and reporting capability
n
- Experience working alongside technical teams and specialist SMEs
n
- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
n
- GIS or spatial technology experience highly regarded
n
- Initial 6-month contract with solid extension potential
n
- Opportunity to support a significant, multi-year technology program
