About the Role n

Working with the Project Managers, in-house Design Team, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors and Tradesstaff; the Construction Manager is responsible for leading the site construction activities of projects from first engagement to handoverin a protected, timely and cost-effective manner; with a quality focus and adherence to company policy, customerexpectations and project specifications. The Construction Manager will be a key resourceon upcoming large ($70M+) projects.

About you n

n
- Extensive experience in a similar role in construction
n
- Solid construction industry knowledge
n




- Have a Diploma or higher in Project or Construction Management
n
- An ability to effectively lead and manage teams of people coupled with an ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
n
- Self-motivation and strong communication skills
n
- Well-developed problem-solving skills
n
- A strong safety and quality focus
n
- An ability to influence others while making sound decisions
n
- Water industry experience is highly valued
n
