CFC Underwriting in Melbourne is seeking an Operations Analyst to strengthen its insurance operations team. Reporting to the Compliance & Operations Manager, you will support reporting, testing, and workflow improvements across Compliance, Claims and related areas.
The role requires a bachelor degree, solid IT skills, Excel proficiency, and excellent analytical and communication abilities. You will map processes, run UAT, produce insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency
