CAVBUS Group Logan Coaches is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to own day-to-day HR across a growing workforce in South East Queensland.
You will work closely with managers, depot teams and employees, providing practical HR advice and managing employee relations matters in a busy operational workplace.
You'll report to the General Manager with autonomy to shape the HR function, supported by established policies, WHS framework and BrightHR.
