Job Description
Coles Group Manufacturing in Melbourne is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to run the night shift in a rapid‐paced FMCG facility.
You will oversee receiving, despatch, truck loading and lead a team while ensuring safety, quality and production targets are met.
This hands‐on role requires a forklift licence and experience with warehouse and ERP systems.
The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement, coach staff and collaborate with cross‐functional teams to meet tight deadlines.
