We’re looking for a Leasing Executive with at least 6 months’ real estate experience who wants more than just running opens and processing applications.

n

This is a hands‑on leasing role within a busy, established real‑estate team where you’ll build strong experience across the full leasing process, work closely with Property Management and continue developing your career within the industry.

nWhat You’ll Be Doing n
n

- Conducting open homes and private inspections
n
n
- Managing tenant enquiries and follow-up
n
n
- Processing rental applications
n
n
- Liaising with prospective tenants, landlords and the Property Management team
n
n
- Coordinating advertising and preparing properties for lease
n
n
- Assisting with tenancy commencement and documentation
n
n
- Managing leasing administration and CRM updates
n
n




- Supporting the wider Property Management team where required
n
n

n
nWhat We’re Looking For n
n

You’ll need:

n
n

n
n
- Minimum 6 months’ real estate experience
n
n
- Previous leasing experience highly regarded
n
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration
n
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
n
- Confidence dealing with tenants and conducting inspections
n
n
- Positive organisation and time management
n
n
- A proactive attitude and genuine interest in progressing within real estate
n
n

n
n

You don’t need to be five years into your career.

You do need to understand the basics, be reliable, present well and be ready to get involved.
