Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates and quotes for internal plastering projects.

Key responsibilities
n
n
- Reviewing architectural plans, specifications and project documentation
n
- Preparing accurate quantities and material take-offs
n
- Estimating labour, materials and associated project costs
n
- Preparing and submitting quotations and tenders
n
- Liaising with builders, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
n
- Following up quotations and assisting with securing new work
n
- Ensuring estimates are accurate, commercially competitive and delivered on time
n
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
n
n
About you
n
n
- Preferred previous estimating experience within plastering,
construction or a related industry
n
- Preferred solid knowledge of internal plastering systems, materials and installation
n
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
n
- The ability to read and interpret building plans
n
- Strong computer and administration skills
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skillsThe ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
