Kerry Rocks Jewellery is seeking a talented Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator to execute on-brand, high-impact digital campaigns across multiple channels. This is a permanent full time position (40 hours) based in our in-house studio, located in Paddington.

n

The role is perfectly suited to someone who thrives on creative direction, cross-team collaboration and bringing cohesive campaigns to life, while delivering results across our digital channels.

n

Pre-requisite Experience: Fine Jewellery / Jewellery / Luxury Brand

n

3+ years of relevant experience required, with a degree in Business, Communications or similar.

Key Responsibilities: n

Lead the management and optimisation of the ecommerce platform on Shopify, including uploading new products, building landing pages and updating content.

n

Leading website optimisation projects and communicating with web developers with execution

n

Assist Managing Director with producing photography shoots, content calendar planning, processing images and preparing assets for digital marketing i.e. ads, website promotions, EDMs

n

Research and initiate new avenues to grow brand awareness and develop promotional concepts

n

Coordinate the retouching and editing of product and campaign imagery to ensure a high-quality, consistent and on-brand finish

n

Manage and deliver on-brand content and creative assets across digital channels, including website, paid advertising, social media and email

n

Build and adapt advertising content and creative assets for digital campaigns, ensuring all executions are on-brand and fit channel requirements

n

Own EDMs end-to-end,



including design, build, scheduling and performance reporting

n

Collaborate with marketing consultant to develop campaigns, collaborate on major projects and roll-out of assets & activities

n

Ad hoc assistance with organic social media content rollout

ABOUT YOU n

We are seeking someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and proven experience coordinating digital campaigns ideally in the fashion or jewellery industries

n

Strong hands on Shopify experience, including product uploads, collections, merchandising, navigation, landing pages, promotions and basic website troubleshooting

n

Demonstrates a creative flair, passion for branding, fashion and styling

n

Proven ability to be an independent worker, self-starter

n

Preferred experience with graphic design tools Photoshop, Illustrator and CapCut

n

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

n

Efficient in Google sheets and docs for sales data entry

n
