Orica is seeking a Senior Advisor – Industrial Relations to join the Australia Pacific People & Culture team. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver enterprise bargaining, compliance, and workforce analysis across a diverse industrial workplace.

This role offers visibility to shape bargaining outcomes, build relationships with unions, and influence policy while balancing employee and business needs. Location can include East Coast, WA or Kurri Kurri.
