An exciting opportunity is available for an experiencedCare Managerto join a highly regarded aged care home located in Canberra.
This4 week contractrole is available for animmediate startand offers the chance to lead a passionate clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
Working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll oversee clinical operations, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee clinical care and daily clinical operations
Lead and support a multidisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
Promote resident safety, wellbeing, and independence
Foster a collaborative, person-centred care culture
CurrentAhpraregistration as a Registered Nurse
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
Current First Aid and CPR certificates
Current Police Check
Up-to-date COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations




Experience in aged care management and a solid understanding of compliance and accreditation standards
Available to startimmediatelyand commit to a 3-month contract
