Essential criterian
Minimum 5+ years experience in a leading role in delivering enterprise level Salesforce projects.
n
Have specialist ICT skills in the following: o Deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML/CSS) o Robust proficiency in declarative configurations such as Flows, Permission Sets, and Security Models. o Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, ideally within the Public Sector Cloud, including case management and omni-channel routing. o Solid capability in Salesforce solution design, including preparing technical documentation, solution diagrams, and alignment with enterprise architecture and compliance frameworks. o Demonstrated experience in tracking and troubleshooting errors in development, configuration and deployment.



o Demonstrated experience in managing releases through Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipeline.

Excellent communication skills and experience making persuasive, evidence-based, recommendations that allow decision-makers to make informed decisions.
n
Minimum NV1 security clearance.
Desirable criterian
Portal and console interface design using Salesforce Lightning and Omnistudio.
n
Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining an Azure Dev Ops CI/CD Pipeline for a Salesforce workload.
n
Able to attend Canberra office in-person 3 days per week.
