Australia Post is seeking a Retail Customer Service Officer at the St Albans branch in Victoria.
The fixed term part time role is 20 hours per week, with 1:00pm–5:00pm shifts after training.
You will help customers post, shop, bank or pay bills, delivering friendly service and supporting community connections.
You'll handle sales and high value transactions, assist with parcels, and participate in training and development.
