Our client is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

The Chance

Working alongside experienced project and technology professionals, you'll support the analysis, documentation and delivery of business requirements across a range of initiatives.

n

The role will suit someone who is developing their Business Analysis career and is confident working with stakeholders, gathering information, documenting requirements and supporting project activities.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements.
n
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes and challenges.
n
- Support the development of business analysis documentation and process maps.
n
- Assist with documenting current and future state processes.
n
- Support the development of functional requirements and specifications.
n
- Work collaboratively with project and technology teams to support delivery.
n




- Assist with testing activities, including user acceptance testing.
n
- Support the preparation of user documentation and other project materials.
n
- Build positive working relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
n
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
n

About You

n

n
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Associate Business Analyst or similar role.
n
- Experience with requirements gathering and business analysis methodologies.
n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
n
- The ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
n
- Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
n
- The ability to analyse information and communicate it clearly.
n
- Experience documenting business processes, requirements or system specifications.
n
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
