- Managing and maintaining documentation, records, and filing systems

- Scanning, archiving, and organising business-critical documents
n
- Ensuring audit compliance and data accuracy across systems

- Providing administrative support to the logistics and operations team
n
- Assisting with backlog reduction and process improvement initiatives
n

To be successful in this position, you will demonstrate: n

n
- Previous experience within logistics coordination, administration, operations support, supply chain, or a similar role
n
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
n
- Experience managing high-volume workloads and competing priorities
n
- The ability to work autonomously and quickly become productive in a new environment
n
- SAP experience is highly regarded and ideally essential
n
- Salesforce experience will be advantageous
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills
n
- A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to assist wherever required
n
