We're partnering with a leading Australian law firm looking to bring on a Senior Business Analyst to work across their core practice management and document systems. A hands‑on role owning how those platforms run and evolve, working closely with the business to improve the way they support the firm day to day.

The Opportunity n

- Own the day to day running of the firm's practice management and document platforms, including configuration and changes
n
- Gather requirements from across the business and turn them into a clear, prioritised pipeline of work
n
- Deliver enhancements, upgrades and integration work, through to UAT and release
n
- Act as the first point of contact for system issues and change requests
n
- Identify where processes are creating friction for users and put fixes in place
n
- Support reporting and data quality across both platforms
n




- Work with vendors on support, changes and platform roadmap
n

What We're Looking For nn
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar inside a law firm or professional services business
n
- Hands‑on experience with a legal practice management system such as Elite 3E or Aderant
n
- Exposure to document management platforms such as iManage or NetDocuments
n
- Positive understanding of how matters run, including billing and document processes
n
- Comfortable with SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI or SSRS
n
- Experience delivering system upgrades and enhancements, including requirements and UAT
n
- Strong communicator across technical and business audiences
