Job Description

icare is expanding its Internal Review/Dispute Specialist team in NSW to support CTP Care. The role involves reviewing disputed decisions, analysing medical and claims data, and applying the Motor Accident Injuries Act and Guidelines to ensure fair, evidence-based outcomes.

You will work with claims, legal and CTP care stakeholders to strengthen decision-making and contribute to a team-oriented, continuous improvement culture in a hybrid work environment.
