Who is MyConnect? To put it simply: Moving house is stressful, we make it easier. We help people across Australia get their electricity, gas, internet and other essentials connected before they move in, so they can walk through the door, turn the lights on and stream their favourite show on day one.

Your day-to-day includes:

n

Speaking with customers across Australia to help organise their electricity, gas, internet and other services.

n

Following up with leads and turning enquiries into confirmed connections.

n

Working towards individual and team targets.

n

Keeping customer information and systems up to date.

n

Being part of a supportive team that celebrates wins together.

n

You’ll be a valuable fit if you are:

Confident and comfortable chatting on the phone.

A people person and a good listener.

n

Motivated by goals and earning potential.

n

Able to pick things up quickly and not afraid to learn.

Enjoy being part of a team.

Have a positive attitude and aren't afraid to have a laugh.

Previous sales or customer service experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. You'll get paid, comprehensive training and ongoing coaching, so you don't need to know everything on day one.

Hours: Full-time

Working arrangement: Onsite or Hybrid option available (after probation)
