The Avenue Children's Centre and Kindergarten in Balaclava VIC is seeking a Diploma-qualified 2IC for a 12-month maternity leave cover starting in November .
The role involves leadership, building robust relationships with families and staff, and active involvement in the day-to-day operation of the centre.
