Downer is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead multi-site facilities operations across four Victorian schools in the southeast. You will oversee facilities management, maintenance and cleaning services, ensuring safety, compliance and cost-effective delivery while travelling between sites.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will manage nine direct reports, build solid stakeholder relationships and drive continuous improvement through planning, KPI tracking and risk management.
