Job Description
NSW Health is seeking a Security Officer to protect patients, staff and visitors at John Hunter Hospital in Newcastle.
The role spans the hospital campus, including the Emergency Department and mental health unit, ensuring a protected and respectful setting while delivering frontline security services.
You will respond to Code Black and duress incidents, conduct patrols, monitor CCTV and alarms, and support clinical teams with trauma-informed approaches.
