In this standalone role, you will partner with the CEO, CFO and Board to shape strategy while safeguarding compliance and governance, operating in a hybrid Sydney setting.
You will manage corporate governance, ASX compliance, privacy and consumer law, and lead negotiations on complex contracts and strategic partnerships.
A hands-on, senior leader mindset is essential.
