HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and customer‑focused professionals for multiple APS3 Participant Support Officer opportunities within a large Federal Government organisation. This rewarding frontline role provides essential support to participants, customers and stakeholders, helping deliver positive outcomes through high-quality customer service and administrative support.

About the Role n
As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for participants and stakeholders, providing professional support through face‑to‑face, phone and email interactions.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
- Delivering exceptional customer service and resolving enquiries
n
- Providing frontline support in a busy office environment
n
- Managing participant and stakeholder enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
- Triaging and escalating complex matters to appropriate teams
n
- Maintaining accurate records and managing shared inboxes
n
- Making outbound calls to participants and stakeholders as required
n
- Supporting administrative, project and operational activities
n
- Conducting research and assisting with issue resolution
n
- Working collaboratively within a team to achieve service delivery outcomes
n
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and positive participant experiences
n
- Competitive pay rate of $38.89 per hour , including casual loading,
providing you with financial stability and recognition for your expertise.

- 12% superannuation to secure your future and support your retirement planning.

- ASAP start date to 31 December 2027 subject to client requirements , allowing you to embark on this exciting opportunity without delay.
