Split level home comfortable with beautiful outlook Set in a quiet area adjacent to a national park and golf course. 5 min drive to beach, Shops close by.

Quiet with a beautiful outlook birds fed every afternoon attracting a variety of such,
n Kangaroos often relax in our back yard area eating grass and drinking out of the birdbaths.
n Can be observed safely from inside and on our deck.

One senior cat indoors and cat run only.
n One 5 year old dog walks if possible

medication Medication/treatment required n

One tablet per day for our dog am in dry food

local_florist Garden or plant care n

Minimal - Pot plants in home and on decks feed birds in afternoon
