Wilmar Sugar and Renewables is seeking a Cr crushing Assistant at Invicta Mill in the Burdekin Region.
The role is permanent, with shift work during the Crushing season and day work during Maintenance season, focusing on operating turbines along the milling train and monitoring shredders and related equipment.
You will work in a team, follow safety procedures, communicate effectively, and provide regular feedback to Operations Coordinators on performance and quality issues.
