Tender Loving Care Disability Services – Bankstown NSW is seeking a Support Coordinator to coordinate support services for clients, assist them in achieving their goals, and promote staff and volunteers in a learning, values-driven setting.

This role requires engaging with service providers and allied health specialists, monitoring progress toward plan goals, and guiding clients to access community supports. A minimum of 2 years in disability or related services is preferred.
