As an Educational Leader at Guardian Export Park, you’ll play a key role in supporting educators, strengthening curriculum practice and creating meaningful learning experiences for children every day.

What will you be doing? n

You’ll have the opportunity to:

- Lead with purpose by guiding the implementation of our unique To BE Me learning program

- Support educator growth through coaching, collaboration and reflective practice

- Strengthen learning outcomes by supporting meaningful assessment and documentation

- Drive continuous improvement by contributing to the centre’s Quality Improvement Plan

The Centre: n

You’ll join a passionate team committed to creating high-quality learning experiences and a welcoming environment for children, families and educators.

Here’s what you’ll bring: n

n
- Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
n
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a higher-level qualification (e.g. Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
n
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework
n
- Previous experience in early childhood education is desirable
n
- Valid Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent
n
