We are currently looking for a hardworking, friendly, and outgoingexperienced Baristato join our team.

This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves coffee, takes pride in their work, and enjoys creating a great experience for customers. We are after someone who can work confidently in a fast-paced cafe environment, maintain high standards, and bring positive energy to every shift.

About the role
n As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee consistently, providing warm and productive customer service, and supporting the wider cafe team when needed. This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only passionate about coffee, but also understands the importance of cleanliness, speed, teamwork, and customer experience.

- 5:45am to 4:00pm

What we are looking for

- Minimum 2years of experienceworking in a cafe
n




- Fluent Englishwith strong communication skills
n
- A genuinelove for coffeeand confidence with latte art
n
- A strong understanding of coffee quality, consistency, and workflow
n
- Someone who takespride in their workand pays attention to detail
n
- Ability to work in aclean, organised, and efficientmanner
n
- Friendly, energetic, and confident with customers
n
- A team player who is happy to assist in other areas of the cafe when coffee is quiet
n
- Able to stay calm and work well under pressure in a busy environment
n

Key responsibilities

- Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages
n
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
n
- Maintaining a clean, stocked, and well-organised coffee station
n
- Assisting with other cafe duties and supporting other departments as needed
n
- Helping maintain the overall presentation and smooth running of the venue
n
