Australian Concert & Entertainment Security – Randwick NSW

n

We are seeking casual Security Officers who hold the Medium or Heavy Rigid Driver Licence to drive our Shuttle Bus.

n

This role involves rotating between two key responsibilities: driving a shuttle bus between campus' and to nearby suburbs, as well as conducting high-visibility walking patrols across designated pathways and main campus areas when not on Shuttle Bus shifts.

n

Must be avaialbe to cover day shifts and evening shifts .

n

Please note: this role requires Security Guards who have a valid NSW 1A Security Licence.

Responsibilities and duties include: n

n
- Drive a shuttle bus around campus and within nearby suburbs, picking up and dropping off students upon request.
n
- Maintain safety and professionalism while interacting with students and staff during transport.
n
- Delivering excellent service performance standards whilst developing. operational efficiencies and improve performance
n
- Responding to workplace emergencies
n
- Site safety inspections and protecting users from security related risks
n
- Manage incidents to achieve the best possible outcomes
n
- Reduce risk and increase safety
n
- Responding to alarm activations
n
- Managing access control systems
n
- Maintaining data and security records including communication logs and comprehensive reports
n
- NSW Security Licence 1A
n
- Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across 7 Days
n
- Medium or Heavy Rigid NSW Driver Licence
n
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Competency Card (current)
n
- First Aid and CPR (current)
n
- Fire Warden (or willing to attain)
n
- Working with Children's Check
n
- Excellent customer service skills
n
- Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
n
- Exceptional personal presentation
n
- Reliability and punctuality
n
