The role involves preparing and cooking various international dishes, supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring high-quality production for airline services.
You will work on a 38-hour weekly roster within a busy, open-plan kitchen setting.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food manufacturing or large venues, plus a Certificate III Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
