Job Description
Wooof Grooming and Day Spa in Manuka, Canberra is seeking a Receptionist and Customer Service Lead to own the front of house experience. You will greet clients and their dogs, manage check-in/check-out, handle calls, and keep the salon running smoothly throughout busy days.

This senior role requires substantial experience in a senior customer-facing position, robust dog handling awareness, and confident use of our CRM and staff app.
