About the Role

n

You'll be the person on the ground making it happen — coordinating trades, enforcing safety and quality standards and keeping the program on track. With a supportive Project Manager backing you and genuinely interesting heritage and commercial projects to work on, this is hands-on leadership with real variety.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Running daily site operations safely, on program and to specification
n
- Leading and coordinating subcontractors, leading hands, carpenters and labourers
n
- Owning site safety — pre-starts, inductions, OHS, SWMS and inspections
n




- Driving quality assurance and defect-free handovers
n
- Mentoring and developing your site team
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Minimum 4 years' experience in commercial construction site management or a foreman role
n
- A trade or carpentry background is highly regarded
n
- Strong knowledge of OHS, QA and environmental requirements on site
n
- Comfortable with Procore or similar, plus Microsoft Office
n
- Diploma of Building and Construction (or equivalent) an advantage
n
- Current Construction Induction (White Card)
n
- Victorian driver's licence required, and ongoing access to an appropriate vehicle
