The Tech lead will be responsible for driving end to end delivery of the program, attend requirement discussions with business stakeholders to finalise the FSD’s/Interface documents etc…

In addition n

- Work with the Business teams to determine functional requirements for the new services
n
- Westpac experience is mandatory .
n
- Work with Tech Lead/Business stakeholders for reviews and signoff’s
n
- Working within a team based AGILE structure to document and communicate new changes
n
- Good experience in documenting API requirements, design and functional specifications
n
- Designing and creating robust interfaces to integrate a variety of systems and technologies to solve business problems and create scalable solutions
n
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications
n
- Support and collaborate with other internal/external consultants in consulting, workshops and delivery engagements
n

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

Technical Skills n

n
- Java8 or above, Springframework5x, Springboot2x, Junit5, Mockito, Logging framework (Java based),Postman, Good Use of Any IDE
n
- Valuable to have knowledge on Maven, Git, Splunk , Bamboo, Swagger, Design patterns and Standards
n
- Previous experience in delivering API framework
n

Additional Skills nn
- Must have banking project experience
n
- Good Debugging Skills, Clean and efficient coding skills with TDD
n
- Proactively engage in the remediation of software issues related to code quality, security, and/or pattern/frameworks.
n
- Mentor junior IBM consultants in the practice and delivery engagements
n
